This is SO easy!
Put two eggs into a quart-size canning jar
Add a small amount of water (I have skipped this step occasionally)
Put the lid on and shake for a few seconds
Empty jar and rinse eggs to remove the shell
That's it. Seriously!

I store the finished hard-boiled eggs in a sealed glass container in the refrigerator. We now enjoy beautiful hard-boiled eggs on salads, have for a quick snack, or use in recipes.
